<p>As a Tax Product Support Agent, you’ll help customers navigate tax software during the busiest season of the year. This is your chance to:</p>

<h3>Requirements:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with inbound/outbound calls</li>
<li>Strong computer and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred:</h3>

<li>Flexible availability during peak tax season</li>
<li>Comfort with video chat tools and screen sharing</li>
<li>Prior experience with tax software (a plus!)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Hours:</h3>

<li class="elementor-icon-list-item"><span class="elementor-icon-list-text">Client-required certification is approximately 3-weeks with self-paced eLearning and live classroom sessions.</span></li>
<li class="elementor-icon-list-item"><span class="elementor-icon-list-text">Certification sessions are normally scheduled between the hours of 10 am ET and 8 pm ET, but actual session times and lengths will vary.</span></li>

<h3>Compensation:</h3>
<p>*<strong>Earn up to $20/hour.</strong> Submit invoices and get paid for completed services. Agents new to the program are eligible to receive a $200 incentive for meeting client metrics through Tax Day. Additional performance-based incentives may be announced throughout the season, but are subject to change.</p>
