POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our finance executive. This is a critical role requiring someone who can seamlessly manage the day-to-day operational demands of a fast-paced financial services environment while handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs, exercises sound judgment, and can execute complex assignments independently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Support &amp; Calendar Management
• Manage complex calendar scheduling across multiple time zones, prioritizing appointments and resolving conflicts with minimal guidance
• Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions
• Screen and prioritize communications (email, phone, correspondence) ensuring timely responses to critical matters
• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business, financial, and client information

Financial &amp; Administrative Operations
• Process and track expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements with meticulous accuracy
• Assist with basic payroll tasks including timesheet review, employee data entry, and benefits coordination
• Support accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable, financial document organization, and reconciliation assistance
• Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial records, contracts, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and professional advisors (attorneys, CPAs, consultants)

Project Management &amp; Strategic Support
• Execute special projects and research assignments with minimal supervision
• Prepare briefing materials, financial summaries, and executive reports
• Track action items, follow up on outstanding matters, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
• Manage client onboarding processes and ensure seamless experience for high-net-worth clientele

Client Relations &amp; Communication
• Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal team members, clients, and external stakeholders
• Handle sensitive client inquiries with professionalism, discretion, and appropriate urgency
• Coordinate client events, meetings, and communications while maintaining the firm&apos;s high standards of service
• Prepare and distribute client communications, newsletters, and updates as directed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3-5 years of executive assistant experience, preferably supporting C-level executives in finance, accounting, or professional services
• Background in payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping—familiarity with QuickBooks, ADP, or similar platforms strongly preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional boundaries
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Professional demeanor and executive presence suitable for interaction with high-net-worth clients
• Bachelor&apos;s degree preferred but not required with sufficient relevant experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting executives in wealth management, private equity, or family office environments
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com)
• Basic understanding of financial statements, tax documents, and compliance requirements
• Notary public certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience managing virtual teams or coordinating across distributed organizations
• Knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, or investment accounting terminology

WORK ENVIRONMENT &amp; SCHEDULE

 position is fulltime and by no means do you need to be into 
health/fitness to work here (only about 50% of our staff are).  It&apos;s

As a Product Engineer - Data Modeling s on the Data Stack team, you’ll build end user tools for understanding and traversing their data models.

You’ll work on materializing user defined queries, and schedule &amp; resolve DAGs of query materialization.

A Day In The Life:

    Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and artists to create cohesive, player-centered experiences.
    Plan for, hire and supervise any external audio partners, talents and vendors

    Record and design unique sound effects for gameplay, environments, and characters.
    Compose and arrange soundscape that matches and elevates the emotional tone of the game.
    Partner with engineering to define and tune how audio is implemented in the game.
    Implement audio assets into Unreal Engine using Wwise.


You will:

    Own the end-to-end audio pipeline: field recording, design, editing, composition, and in-engine implementation.
    Build and maintain flexible audio systems in Unreal Engine that can scale with evolving gameplay needs.
    Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate audio seamlessly into design and technical workflows.
    Establish audio best practices and contribute to documentation for sustainable workflows.

You Bring:

    Strong knowledge of Wwise and Unreal Engine.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are an indie team working on a stealth and parkour action game inspired by Assassin’s Creed and Dishonored. We are seeking a Senior Level Designer to help define the levels and mission structure for our vertical slice. Our ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, comfortable owning gameplay spaces from concept to blockout, and confident using Unreal Engine and procedural tools to build compelling, traversal-focused environments. They should have strong experience crafting missions that serve both gameplay and narrative, and be able to collaborate closely with design, art, and narrative to bring our world to life.
This is a remote contract position for two months, with the option to extend based on fit and project needs. Deliverables will be project-based.

RESPONSIBILITIES

     Collaborate with Design, Narrative, and Art on level and mission concepts for the vertical slice.
    Create blockouts, mission flow layouts, and gameplay spaces that support stealth, parkour, and systemic gameplay.
    Use Unreal Engine and procedural/world-building tools to establish efficient, iteration-friendly workflows
    Define encounter pacing, infiltration/exfiltration routes, and sandbox opportunities aligned with player abilities.
    Implement early mission scripting, basic triggers, and gameplay logic where required.
    Iterate on levels based on targeted reviews, playtests, and team feedback.
    Provide critical feedback and collaborate with the team to refine mission narratives and player progression.
    Work closely with engineering and design to ensure levels support core mechanics, AI behavior, and traversal systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

     4+ years experience as a Level Designer with at least one shipped title.
     Strong proficiency with Unreal Engine (level tools, blockouts, blueprints, basic scripting).
     Experience creating level blockouts and mission flows for stealth, action, or immersive sim games.
     Understanding of systemic gameplay, sandbox design, player readability, and encounter design.
     Ability to build levels that support strong navigation, stealth loops, traversal routes, and dynamic pacing.
     Comfortable working with procedural or semi-procedural tools, or adapting to new workflows quickly.

QUALIFICATIONS

    5+ years of experience in the games industry in an animation leadership role.
    At least two shipped titles, one of them developed in Unreal Engine.
    Strong art fundamentals, and deep understanding of animation principles and techniques.
    High level of proficiency with Unreal Engine (preferably UE5) and its animation systems including Blueprint and Sequencer.
    Deep understanding of character rigging and skinning techniques and processes including IK, FK, and procedural technologies.
    Experience evaluating animation project needs and resourcing that work.  
    Self-motivated with excellent leadership and communication, and technical problem solving skills. 
    Expertise in keyframe animation techniques.
    Extensive knowledge of animation software like Blender, MotionBuilder, Maya, etc. Proficiency in Blender is strongly preferred.

    Experience animating assets for underwater or zero gravity game environments.
    Experience working with external outsource animation partners. 
    Solid understanding of gameplay movement mechanics and game feel.

The Role
We are seeking an Intermediate Game Producer to manage medium-scale projects in collaboration with the Director of Production. This role will be expected to lead a multi-disciplinary team at the “ground level” by turning project scope into actionable tasks, empowering team members to follow workflows, and ensuring project requirements are satisfied on time and within budget.
This role is expected to be able to operate semi-independently, taking the initiative needed to execute the project vision while working with senior leadership.


Responsibilities

    Manage multiple simultaneous projects, schedules, and resources
    Create and assign detailed tasks that encompass all project requirements
    Oversee development teams and coordinate with vendors
    Provide and coordinate quality assurance for projects nearing completion
    Develop and manage timelines and budgets for medium-scale projects
    Maintain and contribute to project management tools and dashboards
    Coordinate and communicate with the team on a regular basis and provide status updates to the Director of Production



Requirements

    3+ years of professional experience in managing multiple game projects and multi-disciplinary (Creative, Development, QA) teams
    Examples of previously produced games
    Experience with industry standard project management tools and software
    Experience creating and managing project budgets and timelines
    Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
    Strong project management abilities and knowledge
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Excellent time-management skills and initiative
    Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
    Passion for video games



Nice to Haves

    Past experience working in multiple development environments (Unity/Unreal/Godot, Web, Roblox, etc)
    Deep familiarity with different genres of games
    An interest and understanding of basic game design concepts
    Appreciation of modern game streaming platforms

        <p>Our client, the studio behind shapez and shapez 2 is looking for an Executive Producer who can bring structure, momentum, and clarity to a growing portfolio of projects.
The role combines production leadership with publishing oversight, ensuring that games move smoothly from development through launch and live operations. You will play a central role in coordinating teams, aligning external partners, and maintaining accountable project pipelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    Lead and maintain production schedules across multiple parallel projects
    Collaborate closely with freelancers, agencies, and other external partners, including contractual and budget responsibilities
    Oversee publishing activities, ensuring marketing, PR, and release plans are executed in partnership with external teams
    Manage and support a team currently of Game Designers and QAs


REQUIREMENTS

    At least one commercially released PC title on Steam delivered in a production leadership capacity
    Demonstrated experience managing external contributors and vendors
    Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with hands-on involvement in day-to-day delivery
    Flexible availability across time zones from Brazil (BRT) up to Central Europe (CEST)

Lead 3D Character Artist 
As part of our development, we are looking to strengthen our artistic team by recruiting a confirmed Lead 3D Character Artist to help us build and improve our virtual reality games on Unity.
Key responsibilities

    Explore technical solutions to create high quality 3D characters while considering engine, platform, and technical limitations, such as triangle budgets, drawcall budgets, and shaders. 
    Manage, supervise, and work with our character artist(s), animator(s), and technical artist(s). 
    Model and texture a variety of 3D characters based on provided concept art. 
    Model outfits for 3D characters based on provided concept art and/or moodboards, while considering requirements for clothing modularity and customization. 
    Export high/low poly models and textures to the Unity game engine and ensure their proper integration and optimization.

Requirements

    Good experience in sculpting, modeling, and texturing realistic 3D characters for real-time 3D applications such as video games. 
    Knowledge and experience in the creation of PBR textures and materials in a realistic art style. 
    Proficiency in relevant 3D/2D design tools, such as Blender, 3DS Max, Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance 3D Painter, etc. 
    Good understanding of preparing characters for animation, including rigging and skinning. 
    Experience animating faces to express a range of emotions. 
    Experience working on at least one AA or AAA game is preferred. 
    Strong self-discipline and ability to work effectively in a remote environment using communication tools such as Discord.
    Experience with Unity 3D.
    Looking to work on mature games with realistic graphics.
    Fluent in English.

Added bonus (not required)

    Drawing skills for simple concept art.
    Comfortable with version control systems (GIT). 
    Familiarity with Warpfrog games.
    Fluent in French.

    Deep knowledge of the video games industry, game economies, up-to-date game monetization strategies,
