The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Content who wants to own something real – not just manage calendars and briefs. You’ll start hands-on, writing and learning our products deeply. This gives you the context to shape a meaningful strategy later.
As you deliver results, your role naturally expands: setting the bar for quality, building reliable processes, mentoring writers, and owning the performance of everything that goes out – CTR, conversions, SEO impact, product adoption, and revenue influence.

What You’ll Do
Write and edit top-quality content that sets the bar for the team.
Lead and mentor writers, providing clear, constructive feedback.
Own the content process – from planning to delivery – ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Drive performance: measure CTR, conversions, SEO, and revenue impact, then act on the data.
Shape the strategy: make sure every piece of content ties directly to meaningful business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional writing and editing skills (English).
Proven experience leading content teams in SaaS or tech.
Strong process-building skills.
Analytical mindset: comfortable with GA, GSC, SEO metrics, and turning insights into action.
