<p>We're looking for a creative and data-savvy <strong>Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager</strong> to lead the charge in transforming our internal entertainment industry data into thumb-stopping Reels, insightful infographics, and viral social content. This role blends <strong>design, video editing, content strategy, and data analysis</strong> — and is perfect for someone who lives on social media, spots trends before they happen, and knows how to craft stories that engage and convert.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Create engaging short-form video content</strong> (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), including face overlay explainers, voiceovers, and trend-based video storytelling.</li>
<li><strong>Analyze internal data</strong> to find trends, uncover interesting insights, and develop stories that matter to our audience.</li>
<li><strong>Design high-impact infographics</strong> and visual content to communicate complex information in a clear and compelling way.</li>
<li><strong>Manage our social media accounts</strong> (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), including scheduling, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.</li>
<li><strong>Develop content ideas and campaigns</strong> that connect our data with our audience in smart, surprising, and fun ways.</li>
<li><strong>Test new content formats and social strategies</strong> to continuously improve engagement and growth.</li>
<li><strong>Write captions and creative hooks</strong> that match each platform’s style and voice.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in content creation, social media strategy, or graphic/video design.</li>
<li>Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar.</li>
<li>Strong experience creating video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or similar platforms.</li>
<li>Basic data analysis skills — you know how to read a spreadsheet and spot interesting stories.</li>
<li>Ability to translate data and insights into visual and narrative content.</li>
<li>Excellent sense of design, motion, storytelling, and what works on social.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills — able to juggle multiple projects.</li>
