<h2><strong>The role:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead the design, development, and testing of our systems and services</li>
<li>Write, test, and deploy efficient, scalable code to production</li>
<li>Ensure that our codebase remains easy to change and is always shippable</li>
<li>Deliver highly available services in a production environment and be responsible for their monitoring</li>
<li>Participate in a 24/7 pager-rotation for services that the team develops</li>
<li>Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies</li>
<li>Mentor other engineers, support the technical culture, and help grow the team</li>
<li>Collaborate with product and design on new initiatives and features</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What youāll need:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.</li>
<li>6+ years programming experience, ideally on a modern stack.</li>
<li>Professional or Native Fluency in Spanish</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery principles and techniques, including unit testing and build & deploy pipelines.</li>
<li>Ability to lead and influence a team's technical direction</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise with data store and cloud technologies, ideally within a microservice architecture</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to design resilient software components within a distributed system.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with monitoring and alerting tools</li>
