THE OPPORTUNITY Unknown Worlds is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to support our globally distributed team. This is a highly independent role where you will own HR operations from beginning to end - from onboarding and benefits support to employee relations, manager coaching, and global compliance. The right candidate will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves on both the day-to-day and the complex, switching easily between administrative tasks and sensitive Employee Relations matters. You will support employees across the U.S. and internationally, requiring strong prioritization, time management, and comfort working with minimal oversight in a flexible schedule. This role is critical to ensuring smooth HR operations, building manager capability, and embedding scalable people practices in a dynamic, startup-like environment. This is a remote position on a globally distributed team.
