<h2>Overview:</h2><p>SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a QA Engineer.</p><p>We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.</p><h2>Purpose of the role:</h2><p>You will be responsible for testing new features in Production and QA environments, performing functional and non-functional testing, monitoring logs, maintaining test documentation, analyzing automation reports, and collaborating with other teams to ensure overall product quality.</p><h2>Key responsibilities:</h2><ul>
<li>New feature testing on Production and QA staging </li>
<li>Function/Non-function testing </li>
<li>Logs monitoring </li>
<li>Creation and maintenance of test documentation (Test-Cases, Spec, Bug-reports and etc. ) </li>
<li>Analysis of automation bug reports </li>
<li>Communication with other departments</li>
</ul><h2>Required Experience:</h2><ul>
<li>
At least 1 year of experience as a Manual QA Engineer (mainly in web projects)</li>
<li>UI testing and troubleshooting using developer tools and Figma</li>
<li>Experience with API testing</li>
<li>Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (checklists, test cases, etc.)</li>
<li>Knowledge of various software testing techniques and methodologies</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask </li>
<li>English level: Intermediate+</li>
<li>Proficient in Russian – both in written and verbal communication</li>
</ul><h2>Nice to have:</h2><ul>
<li>Prior experience working with logs</li>
<li>Prior experience in setting up processes</li>
<li>Prior experience working with Git</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Tasks</li>
