Virtual Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors to ensure timely resolution.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of tenant information, leasing agreements, and maintenance logs in the property management system.
Assist with data entry tasks as required to support reporting and analysis.
Marketing Support:
Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media and email marketing campaigns to promote properties and services.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives.
Project Management:
