<strong>Description</strong><br><p>As a Web Design Engineer, you will focus on converting design concepts into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML and CSS implementations. They allow pharmaceutical brand teams to rapidly deploy compliant content at-scale.</p><p>Due to their continued success, they are looking to expand their team in the Philippines and seeking a passionate, skillful, self-motivated, and collaborative Web Design Engineer join their dynamic team.</p><p>This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team that takes pride in their positive impact to their clients.</p><p></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Convert Figma and Adobe Creative Suite designs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS.</li> <li>Review, edit, and refine AI-generated layouts and design outputs, ensuring accuracy, usability, and visual consistency.</li> <li>Make front-end changes across HTML, CSS, and PDF files, including typography, spacing, imagery, and overall page structure.</li> <li>Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to optimize UI/UX for brand compliance, performance, and user experience.</li> <li>Adjust and optimize layouts, graphics, and interactive elements to ensure a consistent visual hierarchy and high-quality delivery across devices and browsers.</li> <li>Provide structured feedback to AI models, shaping prompts, curating examples, and evaluating visual outputs to improve generative performance.</li> <li>Capture user and client feedback to continuously enhance the companyâs platformâs design-to-code workflows.</li> </ul><br><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><ul> <li>1â2 years of front-end development or design engineering experience.</li> <li>Expert proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a strong ability to deliver pixel-perfect implementations.</li> <li>Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) for interpreting and refining designs.</li> <li>Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices (WCAG/ARIA).</li> <li>Strong eye for detail in layout, typography, and visual consistency.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide and receive feedback effectively.</li> </ul><p></p><p>A<strong>dvantageous skills or nice-to-haves:</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelorâs degree in Design, Computer Science, Front-end Development, or related field.</li> <li>Familiarity with content types used across the pharma lifecycle: launch materials, MOA visuals, disease education, mechanism messaging, sales aids, etc.</li> <li>Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance and how design adjustments impact regulatory approval processes.</li> <li>Experience working in the Life Sciences industry is highly preferred.</li> </ul>
